| There were a lot of these holes in the floor that went... somewhere. It's reasonable to assume that these holes lead to all of the vents that we saw in the tunnel. With the big machines turned on, air was probably sucked from this floor, and thusly from the tunnel through these conduits, then blown out the vents visible from outside the tower. |
